Scholarship Information:
Requirements for Scholarship:
All Applicants:
1. Must be a member of a COGIC
in Jurisdiction No. 1.
2. Must submit a typed application.
3. Application must be postmaked by 07/01/03.
4. Submit a brief self resume.
5. Must submit a typed essay on the theme.

High School Graduates Only:
Official transcipts from 9-12 grades.

Continuing College Students:
Official transcripts from last academic year.
